    greetings from the dead! sheesh.. its been way too long since i was on here!

    is this thing done yet? if so, point me in the direction of the piccys!!!

    I gots a jobbie at Telstra now. so the golf plan is back in affect..probably around chrissy time..(its getting close)

    im thinkin probably a mid 80's golf.. (the jetta is still the top but the rareness is throwin me off{parts etc})

    anyways.. HOWDY YA"LL!!

    Welcome back mate, I`d given you up. Welcome back to the fold.

    Nope the green machine is not finished, but its has suspension, brakes and wheels now. Pushed it out of the garage yesterday and back in again.
    Looks phat in the sunshine.

    Put Milos engine in a car a few weeks ago too! Heart Transplant.

    Dunno if you can have the Jetta mate, I really like it and might just keep it. I like the rarity of it.

          I was going to comment on the Jetta but Golfwise is very generous and I look forward to an old skooler being saved to drive another day. Hope he doesn't mean $2K worth of parts....

              If you are gonna hijack this thread, at least show us a pic of the old skool jetta and lets see if shes worth saving.

                    haha, id love too but it all comes down to money. and i was just fined $110 for failing to wear a seatbelt!!! i was only going down the road, not happy.
                    if i had the money, id buy the jetta for sure! haha

                          She's all yours for nothing el foolio, but as always there is always a catch.
                          I will keep some of her parts to recoup some money.
                          eg the gearbox although I will give you a 4 speed in its place so as you can get her running.
